Position Papers
Position papers are a vital part of the MUN experience. They prove that our delegates are truly passionate about formal debate and demonstrate that they have conducted research on the topic and their delegation/character. For position papers, we would like to see no more than four pages of content. This consists of four sections:
Background about the topic
Previous conflicts or issues
Your delegation/character's position
Proposed solution
Include one page for references (this is not part of the four-page content cap); there is no minimum for references, but we expect that all external information is properly cited as per MLA guidelines.
